In May 2014, Creek Run received its 100th No Further Action (NFA) letter!  This site was located in Middletown, Indiana with a petroleum release dating back to 2001.  The closure was facilitated by a new property owner signing-off on an Environmental Restrictive Covenant (ERC).  Since Creek Run’s inception in 1993, we have achieved closure of 103 sites.  We are extremely proud of our ability to close sites in a cost-effective and timely manner while being protective of the property owner’s best interests.  All of our NFA letters are framed and hung in our Montpelier office conference room.
